2 Website Designs (One Page Only - Homepage)
Need two simple one page website designs. The first website I need is for a pest control company located in Florida. And the second will be for a landscaping company located in Florida. So please be creative and use stuff that ties in the Florida vibe with the companies main focal point. This website will be for making money through ads mostly. So it will need to have some spots for them. Not looking for a million dollar site just some clean, unique and professional! The layout will need to be in illustrator or photoshop and we will retain all copyrights on the design. The design will not be allow to be used in any marketing or advertising. Looking for a 960 grid layout, with 2-3 columns. It should have a nice clean header with a banner or something, body/content section with at least three ad spots and you can stick lipsum text in as place holders and a web 2.0 looking footer. The psd or ai file should be grouped and layered. All fonts used in the design must be copyright free or have a transferable license. You will also need to convert the psd or ai file into valid tableless html.
