Children's book illustrator
Looking for freelancer to create 15-page illustration for the children's book, The Hare and The Tortoise. Will provide screenshots as GUIDELINES but work needs to be 100% recreated (we do not want you to COPY the work) . I will own all the rights to reproduce the material. I am willing to pay maximum $80 for the entire project (NOT per page). Do not require any professional illustration experience but will require review of personal portfolio.
