Write a program which will keep prompting the user to see if they wish to enter another pizza order (one word only), the size of the pizza being ordered (small, medium, large), and the type of the pizza being ordered (Pepperoni, Veggie, Cheese, Supreme). Note that each order is for only one pizza, and each order is to be treated as a completely separate order. For each order, you are to output the total number of large pizzas ordered, the total number of medium pizzas ordered, the total of number of small pizzas ordered, and the average cost of an order. The cost of the pizzas: for Pepperoni pizza small costs $8.50, Medium costs $9.50, Large costs $10.50 for Veggie pizza small costs $10.00, Medium costs $12.25, Large costs $14.50 for Cheese pizza small costs $7.00, Medium costs $8.00, Large costs $9.00
