Flash Cartoon Revisions
I have 28 completed flash animated cartoons and cartoon GAMES (all 3 minutes or less) that need revisions. Most revisions are very, very minor and will take only a few minutes each to complete. I will then need a copy of the FLA file and the SWF file for each revised cartoon delivered. These changes are an unexpected addition to a project so I need it done vary quickly and I am on a very tight budget. Project will be awarded to the most skilled Flash designer that bids at the most competitive price. Talented newcomers will be considered.
