I need you to create a picture upload site with design
I want a picture upload site that will encourage users to participate. I would also like it to be cell phone friendly so users can upload with their cellphone. I have the domain name and server available for you to work on it. I want you to add the script and design the page. I shouldn't have to do nothing but pay you. I have got to tell you. I can add an upload script to my server in about 60 seconds. So I am not looking for someone that does that. I want them to do a great job creating a nice website that will encourge users to particpate. I have an idea that is different than most sites. But will only post in PM. No adult stuff. Thank you.
