Need Psd Files Spliced To Html/css

I have 6 very simple PSD files that need to be converted to clean W3C compliant, lightweight and tableless CSS/XHTML. It must be compatible with all browsers and versions: Chrome, IE, FireFox, Opera, Safari, etc. Optimized images for fast loading. The CSS must be clean and well formatted. I have attached a mockup of the type of PSD file I need spliced in gif format. If I select you as the winner, I will then send you the PSD version. The other 5 files I need spliced are VERY SIMPLE variations of the attached file like a Contact Us, About Us, Confirmation page--- so most of the work I need done will be in the 1st file only. Before I select the winner and confirm the final bid, I will send you the 6 files to review. ONLY bid if you have at least 5 reviews and have done splicing previously.
