HI, I have an application which can read xml file. So i would like an banner ad management which will rotate banner randomly and equally and put on xml file for my application to read and display. Banner will rotate every 5 minutes, make sure it picks banner randomly and equally. Please understand my requirements and provide me with a solution. Thanks
