I am looking for someone with experience in building Real Estate sites that has worked with RETS/IDX (Real Estate Transaction Standard) listing data feeds. I have a WordPress site and I am currently utilizing a third party that supplies us with listings data. We need more search capabilities; we need to build our own data manipulation platform. Before reading the details of the projects, please read this: • Don't bid if you don't have experience in RETS • MUST show sample of YOUR work. Only samples relevant to real estate. If your show me sample of projects that was not done completely by you let me know of the SPECIFIC participation. • Specify if you intent to do projects or outsource to others. • Must have reviews. • Only bid if the above applies. Project details: • Download raw data from local MLS (Multiple Listing Service) and store in our servers. We have credentials to download with http://www.retsconnector.com/ . Downloads can be in XML or in delimited (Tab, PIPI, or CSV). We need to download images as well. • We need to create a data base system capable to do auto-downloads every hour. Able to modify by timestamp, downloads needs to update any change to data (expire listings, new listings, change in price, etc.). • We need to create basic property search, search by interactive map, a dynamic refine search, and an advanced search option that will allow searching for all fields downloaded. • We need a search results template/page that include image of the property, address, listing price, a teaser of 150 of description, add to favorites, see detail bottom, and a compare selectable box bottom (visitors can compare multiple properties). • We need a property detail template/page that shows what we currently have in our site. • We need to create scrappers of listings that can be inserted in different pages though the site. These scrapers need to be customizable to show latest listings, Latest Foreclosure, Beach properties, listings in zip code xxxxx, Listings by Community, etc. • We need to create visitors registration/login to save favorites, create profile to follow leads. Visitors need to set automatic email listing notifications. • We need a back office Lead Contact Management System to keep track of leads and create follow-up systems. Important SEO developing aspects • ALL listings data need to be search engine indexable. No subdomain indexing, No I-frame, No In-Line-framing. We need SEF URL's, these will be dynamic listings, but need to be shown as static, example: http://SiteName.com/property/1234-Main-St-Los Angeles-CA-(92028)-120009058.html.
