We require research into the following: Spanish National Lottery (El Gordo/El Nino/Summer El Gordo) The goal of this research is to give us a good understanding of how the Spanish National lottery is run, how it is regulated and whether it has security measures in place to ensure its integrity. We need to know the following information: 1. Who is the Licensed Lottery Operator for this lottery? Are they a public or private organisation? 2. Who is the Lottery Regulator the body responsible for regulating the lottery/issuing the lottery licence. 3. What responsibilities does the lottery regulator fulfil? 4. A summary of the main Rules and Regulations. We do not require the entire set of rules to be translated into English, but the main points in the rules should be summarised in bullet point format.
