The ideal candidate will prove to be energetic, meticulous, superbly organized, and have a minimum of three years verifiable experience as an Executive Assistant. The ideal candidate will possess the following set of skills: - Excellent oral & written skills - Proactive & self-lead - The ability to multi-task in a VERY fast-paced environment - A willing and helpful attitude with all team members - Full knowledge of Microsoft Office and all of its components - Excellent business communications with extreme detail - Familiar with Internet Marketing Tools This person will handle communications between all members on the Executive Team as well as being the liaison to the Directors and Managers.
