The script must convert each value of the New Content N ("the title of number N") to uppercase.
After this, the data must be spread over two files (NewTitles.txt and OldTitles.txt). Files NewTitles.txt and OldTitles.txt already contain data in this format:
the title of number C, the title of number Z, the title of number Q, ..., the title of number N,
The script should check whether there is "the title of number N" in the list OldTitles.txt,
If it have, then the script does not do anything with this value and jumps to the next value.
if it haven't, then the script checks for the existence of this value in the list NewTitles.txt,
If it have, then the script does not do anything with this value and jumps to the next value.
if it haven't, then adds a script to a file NewTitles.txt
