Web Base Payroll
Hello, I am looking to develop a web based payroll system. This payroll software would be a standard payroll package but since it is not for the USA we have a set of specific requirements, deductions and reports which would have to be calculated and printed in a specific format. The program would have to be capable of handling multiple companies and multiple users who would be able to edit the data for only their company. Each company user would be able to log in and see only their own employee list; each employee could be paid hourly, daily, weekly or monthly. It would also have to be able to handle overtime, double overtime, sick days, vacation and maternity leave. When salaries are due an email reminder would be sent to one or more data entry users of the company. The company user then would be able to log in to the site, check off who is to be paid in the employee list, enter hours worked, overtime, sick days etc. and then print salary checks along with a summary sheet for each employee showing their time worked, overtime, double overtime, sick days, gross salary, deductions and net salary for the pay period. The employees data ( hours worked, overtime etc) could either be physically entered or upload via a csv file. Also each month there are four deductions which are taken from an employee’s salary, and for each of these four deductions there is a specific report which has to be printed for the government. Finally the company user could generate reports to show employee, gross salaries, net salaries, deductions, overtime etc. for a user selected pay periods. Lastly, I would need complete access to all the code for the software.
